Appeals to the Supreme Court

A person who is dissatisfied with an order or decision of the Tribunal, may appeal to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Tribunal in that matter.

Section 59 of the Fair Trading Act, 2022 states that the Supreme Court may rule in any of the following ways after hearing a matter; affirm, reverse, amend or alter the decision appealed from, or remit the matter to the Tribunal with the directions of the Supreme Court thereon, and may make any order as to costs.
