In an effort to encourage compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2010, the Commission has undertaken a project to review license conditions of Seychelles Licensing Authority in order to identify any conditions which contradicts the provisions of the CPA, 2010 and propose integration of the CPA, 2010 as part of the licensing conditions. In order to do this, the Commission requested for samples of licensing conditions for each category of licensable businesses for review and provided a number of proposals to SLA for consideration.
